This needed to be fully embedded in the copy - I wanted the reader to know it, not just be told it.
MTM really understand the value of consistent, powerful copy across their website and internal communications. I also created TOV guidelines and a brand manifesto for them to use in-house, to sharpen their vision and increase buy-in from the wider team.
